MIA + MONA

I've been awol and the longer I've left this the better the next post needs to be (brace yourselves for disappointment).

Why is it only 3:45? I want to go to Hobart. To see MONA. Which will be awesome. Even if the poo making machine is a big fat lie.

lord knows I love percy pig

Here's some highlights of the week that was:

1. Bro-ski back in town. Liam aka Sparticus came home for my birthday. This was pretty good in itself but the fact he brought some Percy Pigs made it even better. Percy Pigs are lollies from Marks and Sparks that I am very fond of. They combine the delicious-ness of 'white backs' (i.e. milk bottle backs) with cola flavour. Unbelievable noone thought of this before.

2. The rain. Not because of the plants, I am not that altruistic. The rain was great because we got stuck on Glenferrie Rd and people watched others get wet. This took so long I had to eat an enormous amount of ice cream that was melting. Thankfully, I always carry a long handled parfait spoon on my person - faceplanting into a 2Litre tub is so uncouth.

3. House hunting. This is a fake addition to flesh out the top five. It wasn't completely demoralising but our most promising doesn't have windows, rather several wooden boards that function as windows in the sense they fill the void left by the bricks, but don't function as windows in the sense they are not see through. No fear of not keeping up with the Jones' though... Most of the houses in the street are similarly devoid of glass. Goodo, eh?

4. Lakes entrance prawns. These are the shiz.

5. Being in my 20's. Impending doom face.
