next stop, Hopetoun

The universe is telling me to go to Hopetoun, the town I think but it could be the tea rooms in the Block Arcade.

This is how the universe has communicated thus far:
1. Repeated street signage in the suburbs of Box Hill, Mitcham. Northcote and Brunswick
2. I read an article in a magazine about Hopetoun
3. Devon the farmer on Farmer wants a wife comes from a farm in Hopetoun
4. It was featured on old episode of Better Homes and Gardens, good trees apparently.

The evidence is compelling you will agree, I expect to find an amulet of some description when I get there. I will use this to find a secret door, riches and a Wizard (as seen in the few computer games I have played, most circa 1992). All this might be a little while away though, unfortunately Hopetoun is 400kms from Melbourne and it sounds like the gastro pub/restaurant explosion (a potential carrot) has eluded them thus far... Wikipedia, the authority on everything, lists as things in the town: ‘a restaurant called the Bon Bon and an Op Shop’. Without casting aspersions on Bon Bon, putting it in the same bucket as an op shop might not be a glowing endorsement? Note to self: pack lunch.

  4. There is a Hopetoun St near my house in Sydney. Also the Hopetoun Hotel in SUrry Hills was recently closed. I think you should come and visit to lend support to these northern Hopetoun's!
